Which payment methods can I use?

At La Machine we accept the most commonly used (online) payment methods including Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa) and PayPal. Depending on your region we also accept several local payment methods, see the full list below. All your payments are handled in a secure and safe environment.

Mastercard/Visa
Pay easily and securely with your creditcard.

Paypal
One of the worlds most widely accepted payment methods. You can also use your creditcard via paypal to make a payment.

iDeal
The most widely accepted payment method for Dutch customers.

Mistercash/Bancontact – ING Home Pay – KBC Payment Button – Belfius Direct Net
Secure payments for our Belgian customers.

Pay Later with Klarna (only Germany and Austria)
To select Klarna as your payment method on the La Machine shop, you’ll need to change the payment method at the checkout – no need to create a Klarna account. Just select Pay Later with Klarna. When the package is shipped you have 14 days to pay the invoice via Klarna.

How can I return products?

Want to return a product? The return period for La Machine Cycle Club is 30 days after the order date.

Instructions and requirements for return shipments
1. Send request for return or exchange
Register your return in your account (orders -> select product)
2. Original and unworn state
We only accept returned products if they are returned in original and unworn condition. Products may not show any traces of use like scents or stains nor can’t they be damaged.
3. Original labels still attached to product
We don’t accept returned products if the original labels are not attached.
4. Shipping
Products must be carefully packaged. If possible using the original packaging. La Machine cannot be held accountable for the loss or damaging of return shipments in any way.
5. Add the completed return form (back invoice) to the return shipment
Important: Add the original La Machine Packing list (or a photo copy) which came with your order to your package so we know it’s from you! We don’t take back products without this packing list.

Please note: Make sure your return shipment meets the above requirements to be accepted.

*The responsibility and costs of the return shipment are for your own account. When posting your article via parcel post, we advise you to ask for a shipping receipt and send it with the possibility to track your shipment. La Machine cannot be held accountable for the loss of return shipments in any way.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

You’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your track & trace email. Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just send us a message.

What is the delivery time?

If you’ve placed your order before 3 p.m. (C.ET.) on a business day we’ll ship it the same day. If you live in The Netherlands or Belgium you’ll even receive your order the next (business) day. For the rest of the European Union it can take up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders outside of the European Union can take up to a maximum 14 business days.

I bought a sale product, can I still return the product?

Yes, that’s possible. Just make sure your return shipment meets the requirements as described above.
