I have received a faulty item

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

-Your order number
-Which item is damaged
-A description
-Photographic evidence

If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to customer support!

I received my order but there are some items missing

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive all the items you ordered. We’d like to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible – please contact us.

If you have the chance, it would really help us with this issue if you could have the following information when you contact us:
– Customer reference number
– Names of products that were missing
– Product quantity

I have received a wrong item

If you placed an order but received the wrong item, you can return the wrong item for a refund or a replacement of the item you did not receive through our return system.

How to place an order?

Just follow these 4 steps and your good to go. It’s that easy.

1. Select your product
Select the size (if available for that product) and choose ‘Add to cart‘. Want more than one of the same product? Just change the amount. Choose ‘Continue shopping’ to go back to the shop and continue shopping. Changed your mind and want to remove a product form your cart? Just click the X button (in the shopping cart) to remove a product from your cart. Finished shopping? Select the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button.

2. Login or enter your information
Have you shopped at before? Log in to your account using your email address and password. New at La Machine? Fill in your information to make an account and continue your order. Make sue you double check your invoice- and delivery address.

3. Choose your preferred payment method
Choose your preferred payment method:
– Mastercard/Visa
– Paypal
– iDeal
– Mistercash/Bancontact
– Sofortbanking

4. Check your cart and confirm your order
Is everything okay? You can finish your order by clicking the ‘Place order’ button. By doing this you agree to our terms and conditions. Want to change something? Click ‘back to payment’ and change your order.
