EXCHANGING FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
Like the product(s) but the ordered size is incorrect? No problem. You have 30 days (after your original order date) to return the product(s). To do so please follow the steps as described below. Once we’ve received – and checked – your returned goods we will refund you the full amount (including the original shipping costs). We’ll do so within 3 business days (to the payment method used in your original order). You can now go ahead and make a new order with the correct size.
The product(s) did not meet your expectations and you want a refund
No problem. You have 30 days (after your original order date) to return the product(s). To do so please follow the steps as described below. Once we’ve received – and checked – your returned goods we will refund you the full amount (including the original shipping costs). We’ll do so within 3 business days (to the payment method used in your original order).
Please follow these steps to return products:
1. Make sure your return shipment meets the requirements as described below.
2. Register your return request
Please click here to register your return request. If you have a La Machine account you can now log-in and find the specific order and product in your account
If you don’t have an account you can find the order and product(s) with the combination of your order number and e-mail address used when you made the order.
Once in the order please choose ‘RETURN REQUEST’. On the next page please choose the products you wish to return and confirm it by choosing ‘SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST. Your return request is registered once you see a confirmation on the screen.
3. Send us the products
Please make sure the products are carefully packaged. If possible using the original La Machine packaging. Important: Add the original La Machine packing list (or a photo copy) to your package so we know it’s from you! We don’t accept return shipments without this packing list.

*The responsibility and costs of the return shipment are for your own account. When posting your article via parcel post, we advise you to ask for a shipping receipt and send it with the possibility to track your shipment. La Machine cannot be held accountable for the loss of return shipments in any way.
Requirements for return shipments
Please make sure your return shipment meets the following requirements to be accepted:
1. Return period
The original order should not be older than 30 days. After that period products cannot be returned.
2. Original and unworn state
We only accept returned products if they are returned in original and unworn condition. Products may not show any traces of use like scents or stains nor can’t they be damaged.
3. Original labels still attached to product
We don’t accept returned products if the original labels are not attached.
Products must be carefully packaged. If possible using the original packaging. La Machine cannot be held accountable for the loss or damaging of return shipments in any way.
5. Add the original packing list to your return shipment
Important: Add the original La Machine Packing list (or a photo copy) which came with your order to your package so we know it’s from you! We don’t take back products without this packing list.
In case you’ve received a faulty product
If there’s any noticeable faults or damages to the product(s) in your shipment please notify us within 48hrs after receiving the product. You can do so by sending an e-mail with a photo of the product to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll tell you what steps to take from here. Please note that after this 48hrs we can’t be held accountable for faulty products.
