Delivery to a nearby Pick-up point
In most countries we offer delivery to a Pick-up point nearby your home. This means you don’t have to be at home at the time of the delivery and you don’t have to bother your neighbours who are. Added to that it saves the driver from another ride which is better for the environment. – For this reason (in most cases) it’s also the cheaper option for you. That’s what we call a win-win!

La Machine delivery partners
Your order will be shipped using PostNL, DHL and DPD and their respective partners in your home country.

Time of delivery
If you’ve placed your order before 15:00 on a business day we’ll ship it the same day. If you live in The Netherlands or Belgium you’ll even receive your order the next (business) day. For the rest of the European Union it can take up to 5 business days for your order to arrive. Orders outside of the European Union can take up to a maximum 14 business days.

Track and trace
You can follow the status of your order and shipment in your La Machine account. Don’t have an account or not able to login? No worries. Once we’ve shipped your order you’ll receive an automated email containing a tracking link.

Not at home?
Missed the delivery? You will find a note in your mailbox with an update on the status of your delivery. For instance, if they delivered the package to one of your neighbours, dropped it off at a Pick-up point nearby or if they’ll come back for another try. Usually, they’ll first try to deliver it at one of your neighbours. Please note that if the package gets forwarded to a local Pick-up point that it will be available for pickup for the next 2 weeks. After those 2 weeks the package we’ll be automatically returned to our address and your order will automatically be cancelled.

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship worldwide.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?
If you place an order from outside the EU, customs charges may apply. For orders placed in countries inside the EU, there are no customs charges.

How is my order shipped?
We ship your order in an impact-free cardboard box or envelope with a La Machine appearance of course.
