We offer a prepaid label system for fast and easy returns.
Drop-off / Pre-paid label / €3,95
-Print your return label and put it on your return
-Return via your local drop-off point
-When processing the return, we deduct the return costs of €3,95
From any other country?
Please return your item via a local drop-off point and pay for the shipping yourself. Use a tracked service and include your order number inside the parcel.

Returning something shouldn’t be complicated. We’ve collected the most common questions so you know exactly what to expect — quick, clear, and hassle-free.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back. Plenty of time to try it on and decide if it’s the right fit.
Place the item back in its original packaging (if possible), include the packing slip, and remove old shipping labels. Then drop off the parcel at a local service point using a trackable shipping method.
Yes, return shipping costs are at your own expense. A small fee may be deducted from your refund if you use a prepaid label, depending on your location.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept used or damaged items.
