Returns are easy at La Machine. We offer an easy return period of 30 days. You can order from us easily and risk free because of our very friendly return policy. It doesn't fit? Still having doubts? Then simply send it back to us.

Why returns costs?
At La Machine, we ask for a small contribution towards return costs to keep prices fair and support sustainable shipping. Returns require handling and transport, and by sharing these costs, we help reduce waste and unnecessary returns. Thank you for your understanding—we’re happy to assist if needed!

-Print your return label and put it on your return
-Return via your local drop-off point
-When processing the return, we deduct the return costs of €5,95

1. Bring your parcel to the nearest drop-off point of your choice, pay for it there (with track & trace). You can of course choose which carrier you want to send your parcel with.

Dommage! Can we still be friends?

1. Register

Within 30 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method.

2. Pack

Pack the items you want to return and add the packing slip. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label and/or other labels.

3. Send

Bring your package to a local drop-off point within 3 business days after registration. Deliver the parcel there and receive a shipping receipt via e-mail.

4. Refund

And Voilà! As soon as our warehouse has received your return, you'll receive a refund or a coupon within 10 working days.
