返金ポリシー

You have 100 days from the day you receive your order to return it. You can open the parcel and check the contents. Returns are accepted when items are unworn, unwashed, with all original La Machine labels attached and in the original packaging.

Return costs
From the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France and Denmark we ask a contribution of € 4,95, deducted from your refund. You get a prepaid label via our return portal and drop the parcel off at a local drop-off point. A return costs us € 12,50 in shipping, packaging and handling. We cover the largest part.
From all other countries, returns are at your own expense. Use a tracked service and include your order number inside the parcel.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order, so your new size ships straight away.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, boxer shorts and (cycling) socks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.
