At La Machine, we want you to feel great in every piece you wear. Not satisfied? Not the right fit? No problem. You have 30 days to return your item — no stress, no hassle.
From the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France or Denmark?
Returns are unfortanely not free. We ask a small contribution of € 4,95. Which is deducted from the refund. A return costs us € 12,50 in shipping, packaging and handling; we cover the largest part of that amount because we want your garment to fit perfectly in the end.

Please return your item via a local drop-off point and pay for the shipping yourself. Use a tracked service and include your order number inside the parcel.

Returning something shouldn’t be complicated. We’ve collected the most common questions so you know exactly what to expect — quick, clear, and hassle-free.
Top Questions
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to send it back. Plenty of time to try it on and decide if it’s the right fit.
Place the item back in its original packaging (if possible), include the packing slip, and remove old shipping labels. Then drop off the parcel at a local service point using a trackable shipping method.
Yes. For NL, BE, LU, DE, AT, FR and DK we deduct € 4,95 from your refund. In all other countries, returns are at your own expense.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it's done.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept used or damaged items.
