Welcome to our returns page. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Dommage! Can we still be friends?

1. Register

Within 60 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method.

2. Pack

Pack the items you want to return and add the packing slip. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label and/or other labels.

3. Send

Bring your package to a local drop-off point within 3 business days after registration. Deliver the parcel there and receive a shipping receipt via e-mail.

4. Refund

And Voilà! As soon as our warehouse has received your return, you'll receive a refund or a coupon (minus the return costs) within 3 working days.

Returns are easy at La Machine. We offer an easy return period of 60 days. You can order from us easily and risk free because of our very friendly return policy. It doesn't fit? Still having doubts? Then simply send it back to us.

Drop-off / At own expenses
1. Bring your parcel to the nearest drop-off point of your choice, pay for it there (with track & trace). You can of course choose which carrier you want to send your parcel with.
