Returns are easy at La Machine. You have 30 days to return or exchange your item — simple and risk-free. Doesn’t fit? Changed your mind? Just send it back.

Return via drop-off point using a prepaid return label. Print your label, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest location.
We deduct €3.95 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany:
All orders placed before 15:00 on business days, will be delivered the next business day. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order
Deliveries within the European Union:
2-5 business days
Deliveries in the United Kingdom:
3-6 business days
Deliveries Worldwide (in all other countries):
5-10 business days
Shipping & Returns
If you place an order from outside the EU, customs charges may apply for own expense. For orders placed in countries inside the EU, there are no customs charges.
Everybody makes mistakes! When you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.
The standard warranty period on all our products is 2 months from the date of purchase. After that period has expired, unfortunately, you can no longer claim our warranty. The warranty only applies under normal use and for any production errors. The warranty does not apply to regular wear or damage from external factors such as (but not limited to): excessive sunlight, sharp objects, sweat stains, or other types of stains.
We don’t offer an exchange service. If you’re in need of a replacing size you can make a new order with the replacing size at any moment in the return process.
