When will I receive my order?

Deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany:
All orders placed before 15:00 on business days, will be delivered the next business day. We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order

Deliveries within the European Union:
2-5 business days

Deliveries in the United Kingdom:
3-6 business days

Deliveries Worldwide (in all other countries):
5-10 business days

I made a mistake in my shipping address. What can I do?

Everybody makes mistakes! When you accidentally filled in the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to solve this issue for you. Please note that the delivery of your package may be delayed.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

If you place an order from outside the EU, customs charges may apply for own expense. For orders placed in countries inside the EU, there are no customs charges.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, you’ll receive a Track & Trace email once your package is shipped. This allows you to follow your order in real-time.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. All our shipping materials — bags, tape, labels — are made from 100% recycled paper. Please recycle them too ♻️

What if my order is delayed?

While we work with reliable carriers, delays can sometimes occur due to customs, local holidays, or weather. Please allow a few extra days and check your tracking code. Still stuck? Reach out and we’ll help.
